Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Study Abroad Simplified (“SAS”) services, including career counselling, psychometric assessments, study abroad and Study in India admissions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

  • SAS provides virtual counselling, admissions guidance, and related services.
  • SAS is a facilitator; final admission/visa decisions are made by universities and authorities.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Under-18s may access services with parental/guardian consent.

3. Right to Refuse Service

  • We may refuse or terminate services at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, complete information.
  • Comply with university, visa, and legal requirements.
  • Do not misuse SAS services for unlawful purposes.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are disclosed prior to enrolment.
  • Payments must be made via approved channels.
  • Unless specified, fees are non-refundable.
  • A refundable deposit is required to begin Study Abroad services. This will be refunded after 3 months of university attendance, subject to Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be applicable if the student withdraws early, submits false documents, or fails to meet requirements.
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 30–45 working days after verification of university attendance.
  • SAS is not liable for refund delays caused by universities, banks, or third-party processors.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • University/visa data provided by SAS is for guidance only.
  • SAS is not liable for outdated or inaccurate third-party information.

7. Counselling & Admissions Disclaimer

  • SAS recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visas.
  • Final responsibility lies with students, institutions, and authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All SAS reports, content, and branding remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. User Feedback & Testimonials

  • Feedback or testimonials may be used by SAS for training or marketing, without compensation.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

  • SAS may link to or facilitate third-party services.
  • We are not liable for the accuracy, safety, or results of third-party services.

11. Prohibited Uses

  • Submitting fraudulent or false information.
  • Uploading malware or disrupting services.
  • Harassing, defaming, or abusing SAS staff or partners.
  • Engaging in scraping, spamming, or unauthorized data collection.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • SAS is not liable for university/visa rejections.
  • SAS is not liable for outcomes of counselling or third-party services.
  • SAS is not liable for outcomes of counselling or third-party services.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SAS against claims or losses arising from false information, misuse, or breach of Terms.

14. Termination

  • SAS may suspend/terminate services for breach of Terms.
  • Obligations regarding fees, refunds, and indemnities survive termination.

15. Severability

  • If one clause is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms + Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between SAS and the user.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes fall under Vadodara, Gujarat jurisdiction.

18. Amendments

  • SAS may revise Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance of revisions.
