Study Abroad Simplified ("SAS", "we", "us", "our") provides guidance and facilitation services, which may include career guidance and counselling, psychometric and career assessments, Study Abroad admissions guidance, Study MBBS Abroad guidance, Study India Online guidance, Study India Campus guidance, and School Career Discovery Hub support.

SAS provides guidance and facilitation only. Final decisions regarding university admission, scholarship awards, visa decisions, licensing or regulatory outcomes are made by the relevant institutions or authorities. SAS does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Adults may use SAS services directly. Where a student is under 18, applicable SAS services may be used with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

SAS reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a user provides false information, fails to cooperate with applicable requirements, or engages in conduct that undermines the service relationship.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing truthful and accurate information
• Providing authentic documents
• Cooperating with applicable university, institution, and admissions requirements
• Complying with applicable visa, admissions, and legal requirements
• Not misusing SAS services for unlawful purposes

Career Counselling fees are non-refundable once the service has been purchased, except where SAS expressly agrees otherwise or where required by applicable law.

Pricing and any applicable refund or cancellation terms for career assessments will be shown or communicated through the relevant purchase channel at the time of purchase. Where an assessment is purchased through an authorised agent or other sales channel, the price and applicable commercial terms presented through that channel may apply.

Where payment is made through a third party or service partner, additional terms or payment conditions of that party may apply. SAS does not store complete card or banking information.

A refundable deposit may be required to begin certain Study Abroad services. Depending on the service arrangement, the deposit may be collected by Study Abroad Simplified or through an authorised service partner.

Where a refundable deposit is eligible for return, the refund will be processed after the applicable eligibility requirements and supporting information have been verified. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method, banking channel, service partner, institution, or other parties involved.

A refundable Study Abroad deposit may become ineligible for refund in circumstances such as early withdrawal, submission of false or fraudulent documents, or failure to satisfy applicable requirements.

Where a service partner holds the deposit, refund processing is subject to that partner’s applicable terms and procedures.

SAS aims to provide current and useful information, but third-party requirements, policies and information may change without notice. Users should verify critical information with the relevant institutions or authorities before making decisions.

SAS recommendations and guidance do not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, visa approval, career outcomes, job placement, salary levels, or licensing outcomes. Final decisions remain with students, institutions, and relevant authorities.

Career reports, guidance materials, website content, branding, documents, and other SAS-created materials remain the intellectual property of Study Abroad Simplified or their respective rights holders.

Materials provided for personal use may not be commercially reproduced, resold, redistributed, republished, modified for resale, or used to create competing commercial products or services without prior written permission. Reasonable personal use by the purchaser is permitted.

SAS does not claim ownership of third-party university materials or third-party platform content.

Feedback or testimonials voluntarily provided to Study Abroad Simplified may be used for service improvement, training, promotional or marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise agreed.

SAS does not claim ownership of a person’s identity, does not fabricate testimonials, and does not materially alter the meaning of any testimonial provided.

SAS may link to, facilitate, or refer users to third-party services. SAS does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, or outcomes of third-party services. Users should review the terms and policies of third-party services before using them.

Users must not:

• Submit fraudulent information or false documents
• Introduce malware or disrupt service operations
• Harass or abuse SAS staff, partners, or other users
• Scrape, spam, or collect data from the website without authorisation
• Use SAS services for any unlawful purpose

Study Abroad Simplified is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or website, except to the extent required by applicable law. SAS is not liable for the actions, decisions, or outcomes of third-party institutions, authorities, or service partners.

Users may be responsible for losses arising from their false information, misuse of services, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SAS may suspend or terminate services for serious breach, fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Applicable outstanding fees, refund conditions, and surviving obligations may continue after termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific or purchase terms, govern use of SAS services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

SAS may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of services after updated Terms are posted may be subject to the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
