empowering students and professionals through personalized, psychometric-based
counselling. We offer structured virtual services with a 6-step SAGE Pathway™ designed to
help clients discover, plan, and thrive in their ideal careers.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate, empathetic, and well-trained career counsellors who are
comfortable working remotely. If you have strong communication skills, basic familiarity
with career assessments, and a student-first mindset, this is your opportunity to work
flexibly and grow with a fast-scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 1-on-1 virtual career counselling sessions via Zoom/Meet
• Interpret psychometric assessment reports (provided by platform)
• Guide students or professionals through SAGE Pathway™ (6-stage model)
• Recommend career options, educational roadmaps, and skill-building pathways
• Deliver post-session summaries and action plans
Eligibility Criteria
• Trained / Certified Career Counsellor (recognized certification preferred)
• Excellent English + Hindi and or Gujarati
• Comfortable with tech-enabled platforms (Google Meet, CRM tools)
• Passion for helping students & working professionals succeed

• Class 5–7 (Multiple Intelligence Assessment)
• Class 8–12 (5D Psychometric + Education Mapping)
• Graduates (Career Planning + College Pathways)
• Young Professionals (Career Transition + Profile Strengthening)
Compensation
You’ll be paid per completed counselling session (fixed rate based on package). Bonus
offered for high client satisfaction, repeat bookings, and referrals.
