With over 20 years of experience in education, Ajitha Dalvi has dedicated her career to helping children discover their strengths, build confidence, and unlock their full potential. Having taught students across the State Board, CBSE, and Open School Board, she understands that every learner is unique. Her counselling approach combines patience, empathy, and practical guidance, helping students make informed academic and career decisions with confidence. Beyond the classroom, Ajitha has inspired young minds through motivational speaking and has developed a deep interest in child psychology, emotional well-being, and holistic student development. She believes every child deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and dream without limits. Outside counselling, Ajitha enjoys Bollywood dance, attending dance workshops, and performing Bharatanatyam at cultural festivals.
